Terms
Booking your photo session starts by filling out the form on the “Contact” page. Once the form is filled out and sent to us, we will contact you within 48-72 hours for the initial consultation to discuss your vision, pricing, and terms.
Deposit is due within one week of the shoot date with the remainder due on the day of the shoot. Your photo shoot date and time is tentatively reserved until the deposit is paid. When the deposit is paid, the photo shoot date and time is booked and reserved for you.
Delivery of photos usually takes 7-10 days, but may take up to 15 days.
Photos are sent digitally via Pic-Time with different print options available through the site.
Photoshoot may only be rescheduled ONCE for any reason, and must be booked within 45 days of the original shoot date. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited and the client must restart the booking process.
Shoots cannot be rescheduled after the start time. If more than 15 mins late, the time you are late will be deducted from your remaining time (ex. You booked for an hour shoot and you end up being 30 minutes late, you now have 30 minutes remaining). If you miss the entire photoshoot, your deposit will not be refunded and you will have to book again.
Rescheduling
We definitely understand that things happen in life that are out of our control. Because of this, shoots can be rescheduled once for any reason, however, we ask that you give us notice as soon as possible, with a mandatory notice of 48 hours. Reschedules within 48 hours of the shoot may subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
